Master Subscription Agreement

1. What this agreement is

This Master Subscription Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the paid plans offered by automationly (Phoenix, Arizona) and applies when you subscribe to one. It works together with our Terms of Service; for questions of plan scope, fees, and billing, this Agreement controls.

2. Plans and fees

All plans are billed monthly, in advance, and are month-to-month with no long-term contract:

  • Starter — $197/month plus a one-time $497 setup fee. The setup fee can be financed in installments so nothing is due up front beyond your first month.
  • Growth — $397/month. Setup is included free. Our most popular plan.
  • Pro — $697/month. Setup is included free.

Current pricing and a full feature comparison are always available on the pricing page. If plan pricing changes, existing subscribers are notified in advance and new pricing applies from the next billing period after notice.

3. What each plan includes

Starter includes your professionally designed website, hosting, security and maintenance, your domain connected and managed, done-for-you edits as described in Section 5, the AI website chatbot (unlimited conversations, included in your plan price), and 50 minutes per month of AI voice-receptionist call time.

Growth includes everything in Starter, plus 500 minutes per month of AI voice-receptionist call time, instant missed-call text-back, appointment booking into your calendar, automatic review requests and reminders, a basic CRM that keeps your leads and conversations in one place, and two core automations configured for your business.

Pro includes everything in Growth, plus 1,500 minutes per month of AI voice-receptionist call time, the full CRM, unlimited custom automations built to your workflows, and fully custom website design beyond our standard layouts.

3a. AI voice minutes and overage

Each plan includes the monthly voice-minute allowance stated above. Once the included minutes are used in a billing month, additional AI voice-receptionist minutes are billed at a flat rate of $0.25 per minute, charged to your card on file under your billing authorization. The website chatbot is not metered and never incurs usage charges. Your current usage is visible in your client portal, and we make reasonable efforts to notify you before unusual usage charges occur. Allowances reset each billing month and unused minutes do not roll over.

4. Setup fee (Starter)

The Starter setup fee covers the initial build-out: finalizing your mockup, applying your edits, connecting your domain, configuring email records, and launching your site. If you choose to finance it, the installments are charged to your card on file alongside your monthly fee until paid. If you cancel before the setup fee is fully paid, the remaining balance becomes due at cancellation.

5. Done-for-you edits

Every plan includes ongoing website edits performed by us — you never have to make changes yourself. Send us a request (text, email, or through your portal) and we handle it. Scope:

  • Edits cover reasonable requests to your existing site: text changes, photo swaps, hours and pricing updates, adding or updating services, seasonal promotions, and similar changes.
  • We target completion the same business day for requests received during business hours (Monday–Friday, Arizona time); complex requests may take longer, and we will tell you when.
  • Larger projects — a full redesign, new custom-built sections, e-commerce, or work beyond the site we operate for you — are quoted separately before any work begins. Pro includes custom design work as part of the plan.

6. Support

Support is included with every plan. Reach us by phone, text, or email during business hours; the AI assistant and your website are monitored around the clock, and urgent outages are handled with priority at any hour.

7. Billing and payment

You authorize us to charge your card on file monthly for your plan fee, any setup-fee installments, and any disclosed usage charges, as described in the Terms of Service. Invoices and receipts are available in your portal. Taxes are added where required by law.

8. Suspension for non-payment

If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry the charge. If your account remains unpaid for 14 days after notice, we may suspend the services — including your website and AI assistant — until the balance is paid. We restore suspended service promptly after payment. Suspension does not by itself end this Agreement, and fees do not accrue for whole billing periods during which service was suspended for non-payment.

9. Term and termination

Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate for material breach of this Agreement or the Terms of Service that is not cured within 14 days of notice, or immediately for unlawful use. We may also retire a plan with at least 30 days' notice, in which case we will offer you a comparable alternative.

10. What happens to your website when you cancel

  • Your content is yours. On request, we will export your website files — the text, images you own, and page content — and deliver them to you at no charge within 30 days of cancellation.
  • Hosted service ends. Hosting, the AI assistant, the CRM, booking, automations, and other platform features stop at the end of your final billing period. The exported files are static content; they do not include our platform, templates as reusable software, or platform-dependent functionality.
  • Data export. You may request an export of your CRM data (contacts and conversation history) within 30 days of cancellation, after which we may delete it per our Privacy Policy.

11. Your domain

Your domain name belongs to you. If we registered it on your behalf, we register it in your name wherever the registrar allows and will transfer full control to you at cancellation at no charge. If you gave us access to an existing domain under a Letter of Authorization, we return DNS control and leave your email records intact.

12. Changes to plans

You can upgrade at any time (effective immediately, prorated) or downgrade effective at your next billing period. Features that belong to a higher tier stop when a downgrade takes effect.

13. Order of precedence

If this Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Service, this Agreement controls with respect to plans, fees, billing, and cancellation mechanics; the Terms of Service control everything else. Arizona law governs, as described in the Terms.
