SMS / Text Messaging Consent & Disclosures
Last updated: July 16, 2026
1. Your consent
By submitting a form on an automationly website that includes your phone number — for example, the "claim your website" form — you consent to receive calls and text (SMS/MMS) messages from automationly — the brand of AUTOMATIONLY INC (Phoenix, Arizona) — at that number about your website mockup and our services. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
2. What you will receive
Messages from us may include:
- follow-up about the website mockup you claimed or asked about;
- scheduling and reminders for calls you book with us;
- service updates about your website, plan, or account if you become a client; and
- replies to questions you text us.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your activity and your account — for example, a few messages around a mockup claim, and ongoing service messages if you become a client. We do not send high-volume promotional blasts.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. automationly does not charge for receiving texts, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts from us. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and then no further texts unless you opt back in (for example by replying START). You can also opt out by telling us on a call or emailing nathan@automationly.ai.
6. Getting help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at nathan@automationly.ai or through our contact page.
7. Consent is not a condition of purchase
Consent to receive marketing or automated texts is not a condition of purchasing any automationly product or service. If you prefer, we will happily work with you by phone call or email only — just say so.
8. Carriers
Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and network availability.
9. Texts sent on behalf of client businesses
If you are a customer of a business that uses automationly's AI assistant, texts you receive from that business (missed-call text-backs, appointment confirmations, reminders, review requests) are sent on that business's behalf. The same rules apply: reply STOP to stop receiving texts from that business, and HELP for help.
10. Privacy
Phone numbers and message logs are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the service providers that deliver the messaging on our behalf.
11. Changes
We may update these disclosures as messaging rules and our services evolve. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
